Dehkontee Liles Wymon is a seasoned Liberian professional whose career reflects a strong blend of leadership, administrative expertise, and commitment to national development particularly within the Energy, Communication, Human Resource, Finance and Social impact sectors. With over two decades of experience, she has built a reputation for strategic management, institutional strengthening, and advocacy for inclusive growth.  

Currently serving as Deputy Executive Director for Finance and Administration at the Rural and Renewable Energy Agency (RREA), She plays a critical role in overseeing financial systems, administrative operations, and organizational performance. Her work directly contributes to expanding access to renewable energy across Liberia, especially in underserved rural communities, aligning with national and global sustainability goals.  

Before joining RREA, Liles-Wymon held several important roles across different sectors. At AmLib United Minerals (now MMG Gold), she served up to the level of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Human Resource Manager from 2006 to 2012. In these capacity, she led community engagement initiatives in Bong and Rivercess Counties, workforce development programs, and corporate responsibility strategies that strengthened relationships between the company and local communities. In 2013, she transitioned into the health and nonprofit sector as Country Manager for the CURE International Liberia Clubfoot Program under CURE International. There, she oversaw program implementation including budget management for the purpose of treating children born with clubfoot, demonstrating her ability to manage impactful, people-centered initiatives. 

Earlier in her career, she contributed to Liberia’s political landscape as a Public Relations Officer for the Liberia Action Party in Montserrado County (2004–2005), where she was involved in communication, outreach, and stakeholder engagement. Beyond her formal roles, Liles-Wymon is widely recognized for her role in women’s empowerment, a role that has strengthen her engagement in Liberia’ traditionally male-dominated Energy Sector, which she now also serves as Co-Chair of the Technical Committee of the Liberia Solar IPP Project.  

Overall, Dehkontee Liles-Wymon stands out as a multifaceted leader whose contributions span energy access, corporate responsibility, healthcare program management, and gender advocacy making her an influential figure in Liberia’s development landscape.
