| Kim Amelia Harris, Esq. is a highly experienced legal and administrative professional specializing in labor law and employment relations. She holds an LL.M. from Tilburg University (2018), a LL.B. from Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law (2013), and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Don Bosco Polytechnic (2005). She is a member of the Liberia National Bar Association, the Supreme Court Bar of Liberia, and international networks like ILAW, ALHRP, and AFELL. Her career spans over 20 years, starting as Administrative Secretary at Providence Insurance Company and later serving as Human Resource Manager at Concern Worldwide (Liberia). From 2010 to 2021, she was Director of Administration and Operations, while also practicing part-time as a lawyer at ABBIDOE Law Offices and later as Legal Counsel at the Foundation for Human Rights Defense. She became a partner at Dehtho & Partners (2020–2025) and served as Country Coordinator for the Solidarity Center (2023–2025). In 2025, she also worked with Pierre Tweh and Associates, Inc. Alongside her legal career, she contributes to legal education as an Assistant Professor at both the Liberia School of Law and Stella Maris Polytechnic University. She also serves as a Board Member for the Rural and Renewable Energy Agency (RREA). Overall, her career embodies a dynamic integration of legal expertise, human resource leadership, and academic contribution, positioning her as a key player in labor law, governance, and organizational development in Liberia. |
